CEO & Co-founder

Dimi is a successful leader, innovator and entrepreneur based in Toronto, Canada. Dimi has founded 2 successful start-ups, created several notable technology solutions and patents, and had 3 successful exits to date. Most recently Dimi was the CEO of Keek Inc., a publicly traded social media company with over 75 million users worldwide. As CEO, Dimi’s focus is on corporate strategy and technology development ensuring Youkno’s solutions remain at the forefront of innovation and evolution.

Jack Ponte
COO & Co-founder

Jack was the co-founder and Managing Partner of Found People and has over eighteen years of emerging technology recruiting experience. Jack has personally played a part in helping build out various technology start-ups around Toronto over the years. He is a strong negotiator with a keen insight on seeing the big picture when putting deals together. Jack’s business acumen coupled with his strong operational skills well position Youkno for rapid growth and scale.

Doru Droscaru
Chief Product Officer

Doru is a seasoned product designer on a relentless pursuit of the perfect balance between simplicity and effectiveness in product design. A New York Festivals Finalist, he has received multiple awards for advertising work he did at DDB. Most recently, Doru played a key role in the rebuilding of the Keek app months before the company got acquired. As Chief Product Officer Doru ensures the user experience and design for Youkno’s technology delivers the most engaging experience for our customers.

Warren Goldberg
Interim CFO

Warren brings more than 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant working with a variety of clients over the years. Warren began his accounting career in 1994 with a large multinational firm and later became a partner in 2004 with a national mid-sized accounting firm.
